Life has just been twirling these days!  Somehow, it is already mid-September.  I just (somewhat solemnly) took all my summer clothes out of my closet.  While I'm welcoming fall with open arms, I'm a bit sad to see summer's carefree ways fade in the sunset.

I suppose being able to finally break out my new booties will ease the pain a bit.  Especially when they look so sweet with this Mexican-inspired vintage top.  Love, love.

My mom and I had a wonderful time in Philly this past week.  I ended up with a couple of vintage pieces to mix in with my fall wardrobe and lots of miles on my shoes.  Philly is such a cool city, and I so look forward to the time we spend there.  While the shopping is superb and the dining is nothing short of delicious, I think the highlight of the weekend was walking next to the 10,000+ Rock 'n Roll Half Marathon runners.  I get weirdly emotional watching people run in races and will most definitely be running this particular one next year.  The weather was fantastic and the city route is gorgeous.  Only 364 days to go!
