Not a whole lot going on here, but it's kind of funky all the same. It was wicked raining this morning while I was getting ready - thunder and all. But, if that means spring, bring it on! (I'm sure I will recant that comment in the coming weeks).
But, anyway, I've got my Bitten by SJP button-down ($10) with a pair of Tommy Hilfiger boyfriend jeans that I got last weekend at Goodwill for $4. I hemmed them a bit, so that I didn't have to roll up like 12' of denim. Now, they need some serious distressing. The wash is just a bit too BH90120 right now. I started to distress them last night, but was politely asked to stop cheese grating my jeans while watching Burn Notice. Apparently, I was causing some sort of noise violation during TV time. Fair enough. None the less, my cheese grater ( I have one specifically for distressing denim) and cheap single blade razor (does anyone actually use these to shave?) are patiently awaiting these jeans. There may even be just a tee weeny bit of bleach in their future...
